Well * Rested™ begins with gentle breathwork and restorative yoga to anchor you in a well-regulated nervous system and flows into iRest® yoga nidra while tucked into a personalized “rest nest”. Relaxation and a resilience boost!

Bodies of Water
Bodies of Water™ sessions are designed to deeply support your physical and emotional wellbeing. Practice begins with a breath-centered slow vinyasa flow series and closes with a community tea circle and guided self-reflection.

Our stories matter and when we listen closely, we can choose the ways in which they shape our lives. Each 4-week Write Your Self® series guides you in reframing your narratives for healing and empowerment.
